Customer Returns and Return Rate

Units customers returned to Amazon in the period. Return Rate divides customer returns by shipped units for the same period, so returns of units shipped earlier can push it up in a slow period.

Where is it in InsightLeap?

On Vendor Central weekly and monthly reports as Customer Returns, Return Rate, and a Products by Customer Returns table, all off by default; turn them on in Report Settings. The Products table shows customer returns for each product.
