Effective COGS

Shipped COGS less contra COGS: what Amazon pays you for shipped units after vendor funding agreements are deducted. Margin After Contra COGS divides it by shipped COGS, the share of what Amazon paid that you keep after funding.

In the Profitability section of Vendor Central weekly and monthly reports. Both are off by default; turn them on in Report Settings.

Where does it come from?

Amazon’s vendor analytics data, summed from the per-product figures. Amazon reports contra COGS in the Sourcing view only.
