Sales Discount

The value of the vendor-funded price discounts Amazon applied at retail in the period. They lower the margin Amazon earns on your products. Average Sales Discount divides it by shipped units, and Total Discount Rate divides it by shipped revenue.

Where is it in InsightLeap?

In the Profitability section of Vendor Central weekly and monthly reports and in the Net PPM Bridge. Average Sales Discount and Total Discount Rate are off by default. The Products table shows sales discount and average sales discount for each product.
