Three improvements landed this month, all aimed at giving you more visibility and control.
The Status page now shows exactly where your reports stand. For each account you’ll see your latest weekly and monthly report imports, the period each one covers, and a Processing, Delayed, or Complete badge, plus when it was last checked and which reports haven’t finished yet.
We’ve also added a heads-up banner on your report pages. If the weekly or monthly data you’re looking at is still importing, you’ll see a note naming the period and linking straight to the Status page. No more wondering whether a number looks off because the data isn’t all in yet.
The Monitored tab now leads with the title we crawl live from Amazon.com, falling back to your catalog title when there’s no crawled title yet, so the name you see matches what shoppers see on the listing.
Your product tables also gain two new columns, Catalog Title and Amazon.com Title, hidden by default and available under Show columns. Turn them on to spot at a glance where a live listing title has drifted from your catalog. The matching columns in CSV exports are now labeled the same way.
Customers now have a Payment & Invoices button that opens a secure billing portal, where you can update your payment method and view past invoices.
